Sessions
After the first 4–6 sessions, you will gradually notice less panic, fewer intrusive thoughts, and more stable sleep. Your body will begin to settle, and your mind will feel clearer. Your boundaries will become firmer, shame will start to loosen its grip, and your decisions will come into focus. You will feel more internal control, more strength, and a growing sense that you are finally “coming back to yourself.”

Difficult decisions (do I stay? leave? repair? tell the truth?)
Identity reconstruction

Cancellation policy
Scheduled sessions can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are charged in full.
