C. Use of the platform
The platform may be accessed by any person for the purpose of obtaining information about Diana Sandi products or for the purpose of purchasing them. Use of the platform for any unlawful or immoral purpose is prohibited.
D. Placing an order
Any person can place an order on the platform by following these steps, in this order: buy, Choose category, Choose who they are for, Choose the message on the box, Choose the postcard, Messages on small notes, Delivery details, Check details, Pay, Payment confirmed! There is a risk that, as a result of several orders being placed on the platform at the same time, the products may require a longer delivery time than the one communicated in the Questions and Answers section. In this case, Diana Sandi undertakes to notify customers who have placed an order through the platform, within a maximum of 24 hours regarding the delivery time and, as the case may be, to set a new delivery term with customers or refund the amount paid as price.
E. Products
Diana Sandi products are created from products purchased from authorized manufacturers or distributors who guarantee their quality.
F. Product price
The prices shown are final. The price may be changed unilaterally; the customer is obliged to consult the Buy page to find it out. Also, the price for the ordered products will be displayed during the ordering process, at the Choose category step, as well as at the Check details step within the platform, where the delivery cost is also mentioned. The price of the ordered products is paid at the time of placing the order, by card, through the payment processor Stripe.com. Diana Sandi will send customers a tax invoice for each payment made.
H. Rights and obligations
Visitors and customers of the platform are obliged to use the platform in good faith, only for the purpose of obtaining information about Diana Sandi products and/or purchasing these products; to comply with the legislation in force for the entire period they are on the arkelite.ro platform; to respect Diana Sandi’s copyright.
